HVAC Service Technician

Full Time • Lorain
Family owned and operated HVAC company seeking a fulltime, reliable and self-motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC technician with us you will be responsible for the installation; maintenance and repair of Residential, Commercial and Industrial equipment.

Job duties / responsibilities include:
• Gather, pick up, deliver and/or discard materials and equipment .
• Ensure job site safety at all times.
• Install and fabricate all duct work.
• Install / repair gas and water lines
• Install / repair of electrical connections to HVAC components.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Use and maintain hand and power tools, gauges, ladders and other equipment.
• Understand blueprints, work orders, proposals, etc.
• Document all installation / service related activities and administration activities
• Complete all required training
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Essential technical knowledge required and will be reviewed with considered applicants.
• EPA Certification.
• 5+ years HVAC experience is preferred.
• Work in tight spaces, various heights and all weather conditions.
• Have a valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Be available to work overtime (nights and weekends) and 24 hour on-call rotation.
• Be able to lift 75 - 100lbs.
• Be familiar with OSHA Safety Standards.
• HVAC trade school education preferred.
